Over the last 5 years Lym Architecture has experienced steady growth in both the higher education and public K-12 fields. Bryan Lym has overseen the completion of over 20 projects on the UT Austin campus including academic lecture halls and multi-purpose areas, medical clinics, research laboratories, office and administrative support areas, computer and learning labs, physical plant systems upgrades, and accessibility driven renovations.

Our work with the Austin Independent School District has included comprehensive renovations of Cunningham Elementary School as well as Bryan’s ongoing district-wide studies addressing accessibility and functional equity.  Scott Stites has spent the majority of his career in the K-12 arena while with educational market leader SHW Group as well as with BLGY and Pfluger Associates.  Scott’s has broad experience with projects for the Austin, Pflugerville, Hays, Giddings, Comal, Del Valle, Elgin, and New Braunfels ISD's including everything from bond planning and support, renovations and additions, to the delivery of new 5A high school projects.
